I don't know about you, but my planning lately has been TERRIBLE. I'm working on my June menu right now, so tell me what you'll be having to eat! Here's my menu from this week.
Sun - Broccoli cheese soup
Mon - Chicken and rice
Tue - Teriyaki rib steaks with rice and broccoli
Wed - Tuscan Soup (This was really, really good!)
Thur - Breakfast (probably pancakes and bacon)
Fri - Hot wing pizza
Sat - Homemade mac 'n cheese

Do you plan your entire month of meals ahead of time? Maybe I should do that. I tend to do week by week.
Here's what I have planned for the next few days. (In no particular order.)
- Grilled Salmon
- Tuna Casserole
- Grilled cheese and tomato soup
- Taco Salad
- Ham and Bean soup
- Grilled glazed chicken thighs
- Fettuccine Alfredo
- Also, we have a London Broil I wanted to cook and then use the leftovers for beef hot pockets and french dip. That's three meals from one hunk of meet. :)
Also, I'm so glad you enjoyed the Tuscan Soup. I love it too! In fact, I think I overdid it this winter. I'm trying to hold off on making it again for a while, but you bringing it up isn't helping. ;-)
